At Blue Truck Logistics Inc (”Blue Truck”) we do our best to ensure that your items are safely transported without damage of any kind - our goal, like yours, is a happy customer and pleasant delivery experience!

Here’s how we protect your items:

• Items shipped in their original packaging will be carefully handled by furniture trained teams and unpackaged and inspected at time of delivery.
• Items not in original packaging will be padded and wrapped using moving blankets and stretch wrap.
• Items are secured inside of the enclosed truck they are transported in using e-track straps or other equivalent tie downs.

Despite these precautions, accidents or damage do sometimes occur. Because item cost can be order of magnitude greater than shipment revenues, we offer our customers several options to preserve economical delivery options and manage risk.

Rest assured that if something does happen during transit we’ll work with you to come up with a solution for you and your customer. In many cases, items can be repaired and re-delivery effected at no charge. However for the sake of clarity we have outlined the maximum liability we accept as part of any of our standard shipping agreement. Blue Truck decries any liability beyond the amounts listed below.
