We know that sellers put tremendous care into the products they create, and we're equally committed to protecting that investment throughout the delivery journey. These packaging guidelines are designed to give your product the best chance of arriving exactly as intended: intact, beautiful, and ready for your customer’s home.

Our operations involve real-world handling environments—where a boxed item may be flipped, stacked, or rotated to fit safely within a truck, or transferred by hand multiple times during its journey. Packaging that anticipates these handling realities is the most reliable way to avoid damage and claims.

All sellers tendering items to Blue Truck Logistics are responsible for ensuring their shipments meet the packaging standards described below. These standards are a combination of performance-based expectations and practical best practices developed from our experience transporting furniture via floor-loaded, hand-load methods.

Our shared goal is safe arrival and a satisfied customer. To ensure this, items must be packaged to:

Important: Blue Truck does not honor freight claims for shipments that do not comply with these packaging standards, unless the shipment is specifically documented and handled as Blanket Wrap Service.

We appreciate your partnership and look forward to working together to deliver an excellent customer experience, from warehouse to home.
